Ashwin Kalsekar

Ash founded Mergely Capital Advisors on a simple belief: SaaS and tech founders deserve institutional-grade sell-side advice delivered with complete alignment to their goals.

Over the course of his career, Ash built deep M&A and high-finance experience at Merrill Lynch, UBS, and Capital One, where he worked alongside sophisticated private equity firms, strategic acquirers, and institutional investors. Having sat across the table from seasoned buyers, he has first-hand insight and experience on how strategic transactions are evaluated, negotiated, and structured from both sides.
